1. The reservation offer

The website currently lists two vehicle options: Tesla Roadster Performance at $50,000 and Tesla Roadster Thrust at $250,000. Prices are shown in US dollars. The available payment terms are 2 years, 1 year 8 months, 1 year 6 months, 1 year, 8 months, 6 months, 3 months, with weekly or monthly scheduled payments. The displayed amount is calculated by dividing the listed vehicle price across the selected number of payment periods; weekly calculations use 52 weeks per year. Rounding may adjust the final scheduled payment by a small amount.

The displayed plan is a payment schedule for the listed price. It does not itself constitute a vehicle order, a financing agreement, a confirmed allocation, or a delivery commitment. Vehicle configuration, final purchase documents, pickup or delivery, and any manufacturer terms are handled after the plan is complete, as described on this website. Any final order agreement will govern the vehicle purchase.

2. Reservation and initial payment

The initial payment shown for a selected plan is intended to activate the plan and reserve the selected vehicle. The initial payment is non-refundable if you cancel or do not complete your payments. All subsequent payments are stated to be refundable under the offer. See the Refund Policy for the current limitations and disclosures.

Submitting reservation details creates a pending reservation record. The reservation becomes active only after the initial payment is verified and recorded by an administrator. Submitting a transaction ID by itself does not confirm receipt or value.

3. Additional payments

Payments may be submitted in Dogecoin on its native network or USDT on TON. After the initial payment, additional payments must be at least $500 USD equivalent, or the full outstanding balance when it is below $500. The administrator determines the USD value after checking the transaction. Verified payments reduce the balance and shorten the plan.

4. Completion and vehicle order

After the balance is paid in full, the stated next step is an email invitation to configure the vehicle, review and sign a final order agreement, and select pickup or home delivery. The vehicle purchase and delivery remain subject to the final order agreement and the applicable provider's processes and terms. Completion dates shown by the calculator are estimates based on the selected schedule, not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Missed payments and cancellation

The website does not currently specify a due-date grace period, late fees, plan suspension, cancellation procedure, or other consequences for a missed scheduled payment. No late fee or missed-payment remedy is represented here. These terms must be expressly provided before live payments are accepted. The stated non-refundable initial payment rule still applies if a customer cancels or does not complete payments.

6. Website status and trademarks

Reservation details are stored in the configured Supabase project. Payment submission is enabled for the configured Dogecoin and USDT on TON addresses; each transaction remains pending until manually verified. Customer account email delivery is not fully configured. Tesla and Roadster are names and marks associated with their respective owner. This website does not make a representation of affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from Tesla, Inc.

The operating legal entity, governing law, dispute process, and dedicated support contact are not identified on this website. They should be published in the final terms before the offer is made live.

Payment Information

All listed prices and scheduled payment amounts are in US dollars. The offer states that there is no deposit, interest, or plan fee. Network transaction fees are separate and paid by the sender. Use only the exact receiving address and network displayed for the selected asset. Transfers sent to the wrong address, currency, or network may not be recoverable.

Supported assets: DOGE on Dogecoin, USDT on TON. Configured addresses are shown in the payment flow.

Refund Policy

Your first payment activates your plan and reserves your Tesla Roadster. It is non-refundable if you cancel or do not complete your payments.

All other payments are refundable.

The website does not currently state how to submit a refund request, who processes it, or the timeframe for issuing a refund. Those procedures and the responsible contact must be published before live payments are accepted. No specific refund processing time is promised.

Privacy Policy

Information entered on the site

The reservation form collects your name, email address, phone number, country, selected vehicle, payment frequency and term, and the time you accept these terms. The reservation record is stored in the configured Supabase database. A copy of the reservation draft and a one-time access token are also kept in the current browser session so you can continue to payment; only a cryptographic hash of the token is stored with the reservation.

When you submit a payment, the site stores the cryptocurrency type, network, amount reported by you, transaction ID, submission time, and verification status. An administrator checks the transaction and records the USD value credited. After the initial payment is verified, a customer account is created using Supabase Auth and an account setup email is sent through Resend when configured. Passwords are set by the customer and managed by Supabase Auth; the site does not email a password.

Purpose, sharing and retention

Information is used to create and administer reservations, verify payment submissions, maintain payment progress, secure customer accounts, and send reservation emails. Supabase provides the configured database and authentication services; Resend provides transactional email when enabled. The application does not configure advertising or analytics tracking. Provider data location and retention depend on the project settings selected by the operator.

The application currently has no automatic reservation or payment-record deletion schedule. The operator should establish and publish a retention period and configure deletion procedures before using the service for live customers.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may clear the reservation access token from this browser by ending the tab session. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. This website does not publish the operator's legal identity or a dedicated privacy contact. That contact route and the applicable retention and rights process must be provided before live reservation collection begins.

After Your Plan Is Complete

When your plan is complete, we email you an invitation to configure your Tesla Roadster, followed by a final order agreement and delivery to the brand's pickup center or to your home. All of this takes place on the brand's main website.
